What you can play today

The confirmed game platform is Steam app 4358660; Steam key retailers also list the game. Konfa's own page links there and does not list Epic, GOG, or a phone store.

The demo was turned off on 2 Nov 2026. Launch-day progress from the demo is limited to the tutorial and Trade mode. See the demo page and the platform matrix.

How a run works

Classic combines 20 alien waves with production and travel decisions. Humans supply labor and can also become fuel or defensive units. Every extra module increases weight, so a larger factory needs enough propulsion and fuel to keep visiting useful stars. The goal is to keep Despot alive while the ship continues its journey.

Hull Construction offers shaped blocks with empty module slots. Placement creates both room for production and the route aliens follow toward the airlock. The developer recommends exposed corners for long-range turrets and enclosed approaches for short-range weapons. In the release build, modules can occupy any empty slot; a completed neighboring module is no longer required.

Between waves, choose destinations based on what the ship needs. Markets, events, and resource opportunities can supply missing materials or change a build with modifiers. The economy guide explains workforce, fuel and weight; the defense guide covers turret placement and the airlock safety net.

The store lists three ships, six modes and four difficulties. Ship unlocks and mode names come from public achievement text. Steam achievement percentages describe cumulative player unlocks rather than a benchmark of difficulty or a recommended build.

Returning demo players should use the carry-over checklist: completed tutorial progress and an unlocked Trade mode transfer, while artifacts need to be unlocked again. Endless also became a separate mode instead of automatically continuing Classic. Those changes explain why older demo videos can show a different build order or flow even when the named systems look familiar.
